OUR MISSION 

"St. Dimitar of  Thessaloniki" Foundation "St. Dimitar of  Thessaloniki" is being founded with God’s blessing and much love and its goals are the following: restoration and maintenance of "St. Dimitar of  Thessaloniki" church, providing assistance for children of unequal and disadvantaged status, for their education and health system rights, as well as for their spiritual and emotional growth, their material prosperity; the spread and affirmation of the Christian values and the Bulgarian customs, the preservation of the Bulgarian cultural heritage.
The activities of the Foundation are: fundraising for "St. Dimitar of  Thessaloniki" church in Debrashtitza village (municipality of Pazardjik), as well as for other Bulgarian religious monuments, popularization of the Bulgarian customs and assisting local music bands and other artists, participation in national and international folklore forums, exhibitions and competitions, organization of educational and certificate seminars, lectures, courses and other specialized activities that are related to the intellectual, spiritual and physical development of children of unequal and disadvantaged status, and providing assistance for their financial support and health condition in everyday life.
In order to reach its goals, the Foundation will be raising funds by the means of its activity and donations. The funds, material items, properties and other possessions of the Foundation can solely be used for the purpose of achieving its goals and for the implementation of the object of its activity.
